Fighter Roster is a web application that allows users to create, customize, and manage fighting game character rosters. The service includes both free and premium features.

• Choose from various roster themes and layouts

• Share rosters with the community
• Premium features with subscription plans

Account Creation: You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Email Verification: You must provide a valid email address and verify it to access all features. Unverified accounts may have limited functionality.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fighter Roster and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Fighter character names, images, and related assets are property of their respective game publishers and developers. We do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
